We are in need of pre-teen, teen and older children items!
For the first time in years, Ionia County will not have a Toys for Tots campaign for the 2025 holiday season. Toys for Tots has helped to supply hundreds of children with gifts for Christmas. This year, due to a vacancy for the Ionia County coordinator with Toys for Tots, the community is coming together to help families and children have a bright holiday season. As a mother of 5, and a former recipient of Toys for Tots, now that we are back on our feet, I am just a mom trying to help out other families! Please help me bring a bright Christmas morning to the children of Ionia County!

Although there has been a reduction in programs available to help those in Ionia County this year, we are stepping up to ensure that this holiday season is still bright and joyful Christmas morning for the families within Ionia County! There is a lot of work to be done, and we are hoping that we can find some community sponsors to help bring the magic this Christmas!
About our Committee
We have built a great local committee of about 30 residents of Ionia County, amongst others, and have begun planning events and securing donors and sponsors for Christmas 2025! To make this happen, we will need to create a village of volunteers within our villages, townships, and cities across Ionia County. Ionia County spans the cities of Belding, Ionia, and Portland, as well as the villages of Clarksville, Hubbardson, Lake Odessa, Lyons, Muir, Pewamo, and Saranac. This is an entirely volunteer-based effort to bring Christmas to those children of Ionia County.
