As a mother of 5, ranging in age from 14 to 2, and including one with special needs, Alyssa Scheffler found herself relying on community programs like this in years past, to ensure her children had a bright Christmas morning. While there may be fewer programs available for the 2025 holiday season in Ionia County, Alyssa spoke up and launched the program's first year. In the 2025 season, this group of Ionia County residents came together to deliver over 5,000 gifts to over 1,100 children in over 400 homes throughout the county.
As we prepare for the 2026 season, please be patient with us as we work through the formalities and legal requirements to become an official non-profit organization within Ionia County.
